Strengthening Safety Measures and Protecting Employee Health – Company Successfully Holds Special Training on Work Injury Prevention

To effectively enhance the safety awareness of all employees and prevent and reduce the occurrence of work-related accidents, on November 26, 2025, staff from the Work Injury Department of the Shuangliu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau conducted a special training session on work injury prevention at Xidun Company, themed "Training Empowers and Builds a Safety Line, Safe and Intelligent Manufacturing Shines in the Aviation City." This training aimed to deeply instill the concept of safe production in the minds of every employee, building a solid defense line for the company's stable operation.

The instructors at this training session used in-depth analysis of typical workplace accident cases from both within and outside the industry to make the otherwise dry safety regulations more concrete and engaging. The course content focused on core modules such as the causes of workplace accidents, identification of common risks and hazards, safe operating procedures for each job, the correct use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE), and emergency response and rescue procedures in the initial stages of an accident. This provided employees with a memorable safety "warning lesson."
